MMS is not compatible MMS will only work if you have the BlackBerry® Connect Add-on
  4. We recommend using Wi-Fi® at home to help you save data. Here’s how to make sure your phone will first use Data over Wi-Fi® before beginning to take from your plan, Add-on, or use Pay-Per-Use data:
    • From the home screen press the button
    • Select Manage Connections
    • Select Set Up Wi-Fi® Network
    • Select Next
    • Select Scan for Networks – phone will scan and display available Wi-Fi® networks
    • Select the desired network to connect to
    • Don’t want to incur any Data charges while you’re outside a Wi-Fi® network? We suggest blocking your data connection (see step #2).

  5. Only certain features work over Wi-Fi®.
MMS MMS will not work when Wi-Fi® is the only data connection (data is turned off).
BlackBerry® Messenger BlackBerry® Messenger will not work without a BlackBerry® add-on (opting for only Wi-Fi® use instead).
Web Browsing Web browsing is available when using data over Wi-Fi®.
SMS Text messaging works even if Wi-Fi® is the only connection to the internet.
Apps Application availability varies on Wi-Fi®
