Koodo is saying good-bye to long distance charges for all calls in Canada with our NEW Canada-wide plans! That means worry-free calling coast to coast.

If you’re not on one of our new Canada-wide plans, it's easy to find out if a number you're calling is local or long distance. If you dial a number using 10 digits (area code + phone number) and the call is completed, then it's a local call. However, if you hear a recording letting you know that long distance charges apply or advising you to dial 1 + phone number, then the call is long distance.
