Programming Your Phone

Follow the instructions below to program your Koodo mobile phone.

1. Enter ##83587 on the keypad quickly without pausing. Enter Service Code appears.
2. Enter the Service / Unlock Code, found in your 'Activation Email'.
3. Select NAM 1.
4. Select MIN.
5. Select MIN_Edit.
6. Enter the 10 Digit MIN and press OK.
7. Select DONE.
8. Select MDN.
9. Select MDN_Edit
10. Enter the 10 Digit phone number and press OK.
11. Select DONE and press End twice. Your mobile phone will now turn off and then back on. To confirm that it was successful, go to Menu > Settings > System > Phone Info > My Number.
12. Dial *8378 (*TEST). If the phone is programmed correctly, you will hear the recording: "Thank you for calling our toll-free test line. Your phone is activated and programmed correctly."
