Programming Your Phone

Follow the instructions below to program your Koodo mobile phone.

1. Enter ##83587 on the keypad quickly without pausing. Enter Service Code appears.
2. Enter the Service / Unlock Code, found in your 'Activation Email'. and press the left soft key for OK. “User Activation” will be highlighted and then press OK.
3. Select NAM 1.
4. Select MIN (by pressing the center navigation key).
5. Enter the 10 Digit MIN and press OK.
6. Select MDN (by pressing the center navigation key).
7. Enter the 10 Digit MDN and press OK.
8. Press the left soft key for DONE.
9. Press the right soft key for BACK.
10. Press the right soft key for EXIT.
11. Dial *8378 (*TEST). If the phone is programmed correctly, you will hear the recording: "Thank you for calling our toll-free test line. Your phone is activated and programmed correctly."
