Programming Your Phone

Use the programming procedure below if OTASP (*22803) fails or is unavailable.

1. Enter ##83587 on the keypad quickly without pausing. Enter Service Code appears.
2. Enter the Master Unlock Code.
3. Select NAM1. Display shows NAM1 Setting.
4. Press OK. Display shows "Phone Number (MDN)".
5. Enter the 10-Digit phone number and press OK. Display shows "Phone Number (MIN)".
6. Enter the 10-Digit phone number and press OK. Display shows "NAM1 HOME SID".
7. Confirm that it the NAM1 HOME SID is set to "16422" and press OK. Display shows "NAM1 Name".
8. Confirm that the NAM1 Name is set to "Koodo" and press OK. Display shows "Basic NAM1 is completed".
9. Press End. The phone power cycles. (i.e. turns off and on).
10. Dial *8378 (*TEST). If the phone is programmed correctly, you will hear the recording: "Thank you for calling Koodo Mobility toll-free test line. Your phone is activated and working correctly."
