Programming Your Phone

Use the programming procedures below if OTASP (*22803) fails or is unavailable.

1. Enter ##83587 on the keypad quickly without pausing.
2. Enter the Service / Unlock Code.
3. Select NAM1 and press OK.
4. Select MIN and press OK.
5. Enter the 10-Digit MIN and press OK.
6. Select MDN.
7. Enter the 10-Digit phone number and press OK.
8. Press End. The phone power cycles. (i.e. turns off and on).
9. Dial *8378 (*TEST). If the phone is programmed correctly, you will hear the recording: "Thank you for calling the toll-free test line. Your phone is activated and working correctly."
