Follow the instructions below to program your Koodo mobile phone.

1. Enter ##83587 on the keypad quickly without pausing.
2. Enter the Service / Unlock Code, found in your 'Activation Email'.
3. Select NAM1.
4. Select MDN. Press and Hold the CLR key to clear the existing entry.
5. Enter the 10 Digit MDN and press OK.
6. Select MIN. Press and Hold the CLR key to clear the existing entry.
7. Enter the 10 Digit MIN and press OK.
8. Press End. Your mobile phone will now turn off and then back on.
9. Dial *8378 (*TEST). If the phone is programmed correctly, you will hear the recording: "Thank you for calling our toll-free test line. Your phone is activated and working correctly."
