Use the programming procedures below if OTASP (*22803) fails or is unavailable.

1. Enter ##83587 on the keypad quickly without pausing. Enter Service Code appears.
2. Enter the Subsidy Unlock Code and press the left soft key for OK.
   Result: "User Activation" will be highlighted and then press OK.
3. Select NAM 1.
4. Highlight MDN (Enter in the 10 digit MDN)
5. Press the arrow key down and highlight MIN
6. Enter in the10 digit MIN
7. Select OK
8. Press the End Key
9. Phone will power cycle.
10. Dial *8378 (*TEST). If the phone is programmed correctly, you will hear the recording: "Thank you for calling Koodo Mobile toll-free test line. Your phone is activated and programmed correctly."
