Programming Your Phone

Follow the instructions below to program your Koodo mobile phone.

1. Enter ##83587 on the keypad quickly without pausing.
2. Enter the Subsidy Unlock Code.
3. Select NAM1.
4. Select MIN
5. Select MIN_Edit
6. Enter the 10 Digit MIN
7. Press OK
8. Select Done
9. Select MDN
10. Select MDN_Edit
11. Enter the 10 Digit MDN phone number
12. Press OK
13. Select Done
14. Press END key
15. Press END key again
16. The phone power cycles. (i.e. turns off and on).
17. Dial *8378 (*TEST). If the phone is programmed correctly, you will hear the recording: "Thank you for calling TELUS Mobility toll-free test line. Your phone is activated and working correctly."
