Programming Your Phone

Follow the instructions below to program your Koodo mobile phone.

1. Enter ##83587 on the keypad quickly without pausing. Enter Service Code appears.
2. Enter the Service / Unlock Code, found in your 'Activation Email' and select Done.
3. Select NAM1
4. Select MIN
5. Select MIN_Edit
6. Enter the 10-Digit phone number and press Done.
7. Select Done
8. Select MDN
9. Select MDN Edit
10. Enter the 10-Digit phone number and press Done.
11. Select Back.
12. Press Done.
13. The phone power cycles. (i.e. turns off and on).
14. Dial *8378 (*TEST). If the phone is programmed correctly, you will hear the recording: "Thank you for calling the toll-free test line. Your phone is activated and working correctly."
