Programming Your Phone

Follow the instructions below to program your Koodo mobile phone.

1. Enter ##Koodo (##83587) on the keypad and then press the Green Button. Enter Service Code appears.
2. Enter the Service / Unlock Code, found in your 'Activation Email'. Press the left soft key for OK.
   Result: "User Activation" will be highlighted and then press OK.
3. Select NAM 1.
4. Select MDN.
5. Enter the 10 Digit MDN and press the down directional key to enter in the MIN.
6. Select MIN.
7. Enter the 10 Digit MIN and press OK.
8. Press BACK.
9. Phone resets and user is brought back to home screen.
10. Dial *8378 (*TEST). If the phone is programmed correctly, you will hear the recording: "Thank you for calling our toll-free test line. Your phone is activated and working correctly."
