What's an IMEI?On your phone: Your IMEI can be found on your phone box or on the back of the phone itself. On most phones, it can be found behind the battery on a white label. Look for a 15-18 digit number. On your phone screen: Most phones will display your IMEI on the screen if you type *#06# from the phone home screen.
Compatible phone?If your phone is compatible with our network, you'll need to purchase a Koodo SIM card and select a monthly plan to activate it. You can purchase a Koodo SIM card here or visit your nearest Koodo store.
Incompatible phone?If you believe your phone should be compatible and the tool does not recognize it, you can test your phone’s compatibility by inserting a Koodo SIM card into the phone and making a test voice call. If the test call works, your phone is compatible with our HSPA network. Otherwise, take a look at the latest Koodo phones here.
