The J.D. Power and Associates 2008 Canadian Wireless Customer Satisfaction StudySM found that Koodo ranked highest with Canadians in the post-paid wireless category scoring particularly well in call quality, cost of service and billing.

About the study

Now in its fourth year, the study examines perceptions of wireless customers with their service, mobile phone and retail experience. The J.D. Power and Associates 2008 Canadian Wireless Customer Satisfaction StudySM is based on a survey of 14,932 mobile phone users, measuring nine providers and examining consumers’ satisfaction in five areas: call quality; billing; service plan options; cost of service; and customer service. Koodo Mobile received a customer satisfaction score of 771 out of a possible 1,000 to take the top spot among postpaid wireless service providers.
