Programming Your Phone

Follow the instructions below to program your Koodo mobile phone.

1. Enter ##Koodo (##83587) on the keypad quickly without pausing.
2. Enter the Service / Unlock Code, found in your 'Activation Email'.
3. Select NAM1.
4. Select MIN.
5. Press and hold the arrow key to clear the existing entry.
6. Enter the 10 digit MIN and press OK. NAM 1 Saved appears.
7. Select MDN.
8. Press and Hold the arrow key to clear the existing entry.
9. Enter the 10 Digit phone number and press OK. NAM 1 Saved appears.
10. Press End. The phone power cycles. (i.e. turns off and on).
11. Dial *8378 (*TEST). If the phone is programmed correctly, you will hear the recording: "Thank you for calling our toll-free test line. Your phone is activated and working correctly."
