To use your Koodo phone with SIM card outside of Canada and the United States, you must add International Roaming Services features. To get started, you’ll first need to add the Int’l Dialing & LD Saver ($2/month), as well as International Voice Roaming in order to receive a voice signal and make phone calls. If you’re planning to use data (web, email, apps), return to the ‘Add-on’ screen and add International Data Roaming. Pay-per-use rates apply and will be sent to you in an SMS when you arrive at your destination. International Voice and Data Roaming add-ons are subject to approved credit at time of activation. |
