Koodo Terms for illico+ premium subscription

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply to your premium subscription to illico+ ("illico+") with Koodo.
  1. illico+ is a service of Videotron, registered in Canada. illico+ is a premium subscription video service that allows subscribers to stream certain video content to compatible devices via the illico+ app or the websites illicoplus.ca or telustvplus.com. Activation of an illico+ account is required. Visit illicoplus.ca for current programming and pricing, which may change without notice. Your use of illico+ is subject to the illico+ service terms & conditions on the illicoplus.ca/abonnement page, which forms the service contract between you and Videotron. Please make sure you read and understand this service contract before subscribing to illico+ through the Koodo medium. You acknowledge that your use of the illico+ service is subject to Videotron's Privacy Policy and the Supplemental Privacy Policy for Canada (see https://www.illicoplus.ca/abonnement).
  2. Minimum Requirements: To use illico+, you must have a compatible device that complies with the illico+ subscription contract. You will need to create a Koodo Account in order to subscribe and manage your illico+ subscription through Koodo. illico+ is available as a standalone subscription for existing Koodo customers. If you're a Canadian 13 years of age and older and you use at least one eligible Koodo product, you can sign up for an illico+ subscription on koodo.com. Compatible products and services required. The quality of the viewing depends on the device and the internet connection. A new or existing subscription to illico+ is required.
  3. Activation: After you sign up for an illico+ subscription on Koodo.com, you will receive an e-mail inviting you to activate your subscription with illico+. The steps to activate your subscriptions are as follows: a. A link in the e-mail will take you to the Koodo customer portal where you will need to log in with your Koodo credentials. If you are delayed receiving the e-mail, you can also go directly to the illico+ activation process via the "Manage Subscriptions" link that appears on the thank you page once you have placed your order. b. Go to the subscriptions page, where you will see your illico+ subscription. Click on the subscription activation button, which will redirect you to the illico+ website to complete the activation by logging into your account or creating a new account. c. If you DO NOT have an illico+ account, you'll need to create one. If you HAVE an illico+ account via a credit card premium subscription, please ensure that you unsubscribe from this premium subscription. Account migration between Videotron and Koodo is not supported. It may take up to 30 days before you can activate your illico+ service with Koodo. During this time period, you can use the telustvplus.com app to access the illico+ catalogue. If you do not cancel your existing premium subscription and create a new account, both subscriptions will run in parallel and you will be charged for each premium subscription.
  4. Billing: Billing for your existing illico+ premium subscription will not be transferred to Koodo. If you have a premium subscription to illico+ through Videotron directly, Videotron will continue to bill you directly for this service. illico+ without a promo offer If you purchase a standalone illico+ premium subscription, you will be charged the then-current retail price of the illico+ premium subscription plus applicable taxes and charged to the credit card you added to your Koodo Account. A new or existing premium subscription for illico+ is required. Your premium subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged the price of every month thereafter until you cancel your illico+ premium subscription on your My Koodo Account as per the "Cancellation" section below. Please note that no bill will be sent to you. You can view the monthly fees in your Koodo Account.
  1. Subscription already in progress: If you have already purchased an illico+ premium subscription directly from illico+ prior to registering with Koodo, you should cancel your premium subscription, it may take up to 30 days to complete your premium subscription via Koodo. During this time, you can view the illico+ content via the telustvplus.com application. After logging in to Koodo using your new or existing credentials, you can activate illico+ using the activation button on the Koodo Subscriptions page. By clicking on this button, you will be able to complete the activation by linking your account. If you are using a second account, the activation of the service will not stop the billing by illico+ on the original account. You will need to cancel your existing illico+ premium subscription with illico+ to avoid double billing. An existing illico+ premium subscription is required.
  2. Termination: You have the option to cancel your illico+ premium subscription with Koodo at any time through your Koodo account. Koodo may also cancel your illico+ premium subscription, at its sole discretion and without notice, if we suspect fraudulent activity, misuse of your premium subscription or violation of these terms & conditions or any applicable law. No refund will be made in such a case. Please note that if you are a subscriber residing in Quebec, you will be able to cancel your subscription immediately and you will receive a prorated credit for the period of use.
