MLS Season Pass on Koodo Subscription | Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your MLS Season Pass (“MLS Season Pass”) subscription via Apple Media Services with Koodo.
The MLS Season Pass service is operated by Major League Soccer, LLC, a company registered in the United States. MLS is a trademark of Major League Soccer, LLC and its affiliated entities. MLS is a professional soccer league that provides live matches and content through various broadcast and streaming platforms via the MLS Season Pass on Apple TV and other authorized providers. Visit https://tv.apple.com/ca/channel/tvs.sbd.7000 to see match schedules, programming availability, and subscription pricing, which is subject to change without notice. MLS Season Pass is primarily offered through Apple TV to its subscribers.
Your use of MLS Season Pass is subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/, which is an agreement between you and Apple Inc. Please ensure you read and understand the agreement before subscribing to MLS Season Pass through Koodo. Additionally, you acknowledge that your use of the MLS Season Pass service is subject to the Apple Privacy Policy, available at https://www.apple.com/ca/legal/privacy/en-ww/.
Minimum Requirements:
To access MLS Season Pass content, you must have a compatible device in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You must set up a Koodo Self Serve account in order to subscribe and manage your MLS Season Pass subscription through Koodo. MLS Season Pass is offered as a standalone subscription for existing Koodo customers in Canada. You must be a Canadian resident and at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your province or territory to subscribe to MLS Season Pass via Apple Media Services through Koodo. Compatible products and services are required. Streaming quality will depend on hardware and internet connection. An existing MLS Season Pass subscription or new subscription activation is required.
Activation:
Once you sign up for an MLS Season Pass subscription through Koodo, you will receive an activation email prompting you to activate your subscription to MLS Season Pass. The steps to activate your subscription are outlined below:
  1. A link in the email will take you to Koodo Self Serve, where you must log in using your existing Koodo credentials. If there is a delay in receiving the email, you can also activate MLS Season Pass by navigating directly to the "Subscriptions" section in Koodo Self Serve.
  2. On the "Subscriptions" page, you will see your MLS Season Pass subscription listed. You will need to click "Activate Subscription." You will be taken to the MLS Season Pass site to complete your activation by creating a new Apple ID or linking an existing one.
a. If you DO NOT have an existing MLS Season Pass subscription, you must create a new account by signing in to a new or existing Apple account.
b. If you DO have an existing MLS Season Pass subscription, you must link your existing Apple account to your Koodo subscription by signing in to your account that is associated with your existing MLS Season Pass subscription. Your billing will automatically transfer from Apple to Koodo when you link your accounts.
Billing:
For any inquiries related to billing or payment of your MLS Season Pass subscription on Koodo, please visit the Koodo help page. For any inquiries related to the MLS Season Pass service (including technical questions), please visit the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You will be charged the applicable price plus applicable tax to the credit card that you added in Koodo Self Serve. New MLS Season Pass subscription activation is required. Your subscription will automatically renew, and you will be charged every succeeding month until you cancel your MLS Season Pass subscription through Koodo Self Serve in accordance with the "Cancellation" section below. Kindly note that no bill will be sent to you; monthly charges can be viewed in Koodo Self Serve.
Any additional purchase you may make through the MLS Season Pass service will be made directly through https://tv.apple.com/ca/channel/tvs.sbd.7000 and will not be billed through Koodo Self Serve. For additional information, including details on billing and changes, please refer to the Koodo Subscriptions Platform Terms of Use, which is part of your agreement with Koodo.
Pre-Existing Subscription:
If you have a direct subscription to the MLS Season Pass (seasonal or monthly) through Apple and you accept a partner offer, your direct subscription will be paused, and you will receive a pro-rated refund. If you cancel your offer with Koodo, the service will resume directly with Apple with communications sent in advance.
Cancellation:
You will be able to cancel your MLS Season Pass subscription with Koodo at any time through Koodo Self Serve. Upon cancellation, your subscription will stay active until the end of your billing period. Koodo may also cancel your MLS Season Pass subscription at our sole discretion without notice to you, if we suspect any fraudulent activity, misuse of your subscription, or violation of these terms, the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, or any applicable law. No refund will be given.
