Viewing and downloading your bills

Viewing your current bill

  1. Log in to your Self Serve account.
  2. Select Self Serve at the top of the screen, and then select Billing from the drop-down menu.
  3. To view your most recent bill, select View PDF.
  4. To download your bill, head back to Billing and select Download bill (PDF).

Viewing your previous bills

  1. Log in to your Self Serve account.
  2. Select Self Serve at the top of the screen, and then select Billing from the drop-down menu.
  3. To view your previous bills, up to the past 18 months, select Bills then Download PDF Bills.
  4. Select the blue arrow beside the bill you want to view, and it’ll download as a PDF for you to save or print.

Viewing your Tab and Tab Bonus balances

As of July 5, 2020, Tab balance and transaction details will no longer be on the downloaded PDF bill and can only be seen on the Koodo Tab page in Self Serve. Learn more about the Koodo Tab page.

Note: Your Self Serve account holds 18 months’ worth of invoices. To get a bill older than 18 months, please schedule a callback through Koodo Assist, and a rep will help you with this. Future bills can’t be viewed, because bills are produced based on your billing cycle and will reflect charges for your current cycle.

Heads up! There’s a $15 charge for each invoice requested from a rep.
